They are produced by condensing PGI Balsamic Vinegar of Modena at controlled temperature, for the purpose of keeping the organoleptic profile.
The glazing is ready to use to boost the taste of meat, fish and vegetables; it is particularly suited with figs and strawberries on yoghurt, sweets and cheese and finally to decorate and add a classy touch to the way you present your best dishes.
