Ingredients (for 4 person):

1 pound carpaccio of beef, 2 heads radicchio di Treviso, 1 spoonful Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, 4 spoonfuls olive oil Salt Pepper

Preparation:

Remove the leaves from the radicchio and wash carefully, then drain and chop finely. Arrange on a serving dish. Dress the radicchio with a little salt, pepper, olive oil and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI. Gently turn the radicchio over until coated with the dressing, then lay the slices of beef on top. Garnish with a small handful of pepper and moisten with a thread of extra-virgin olive oil.
