Pork meat burger with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI

Ingredients (for 4 person):

2 slices of pork loin, 1 egg Flour Grated Grana Padano cheese, Butter, Sage – Garlic – Parsley - Rosemary, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, Extra-virgin olive oil, Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Brown the pork loins in a little olive oil, adding a sprig of rosemary, a few sage leaves, salt and pepper. When they’re cooked, cut into chunks and mince in a blender. Now add the egg, 2 spoonfuls of Grana Padano, a little chopped parsley, and a clove of garlic. Adjust salt if necessary. Divide the mixture into 8 patties. Using a ring, shape each patty into a burger. Dust the burgers with flour and fry in a knob of butter. In a small saucepan, reduce half a glass of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI to half the original quantity. Serve as a sauce for the burgers.
