Balsamic pork skewers with orange with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Ingredients (for 4 person):

1 fillet of pork approx. 500 g, 2 oranges, 4 spoonfuls of balsamic vinegar of Modena, 1 spoonful of honey, Extra-virgin olive oil, Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Cut the filet into cubes and make skewers. In a pan, add the oil, honey, balsamic vinegar of Modena, and orange juice and cook for a few minutes. Add a slice of orange peel and cook for another minute. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. Return the same pan to the heat. When very hot, brown the skewers, about 4-5 minutes. Arrange the skewers in a roasting pan, drizzle with the sauce, and cook in a hot oven (220C/425F) for another 4-5 minutes. Serve hot.
