Chicken Bites with balsamic vinegar of Modena and prosciutto

Ingredients (for 4 person):

FOR 4 PEOPLE
500 g chicken, diced (2-3 cm), 150 g sliced cured ham, 6 spoonfuls balsamic vinegar of Modena, extra-virgin olive oil, 1 clove garlic, 1 sprig rosemary, salt and pepper

Preparation:

In a frying pan, gently fry the garlic and the rosemary in 3 spoonfuls of olive oil and 1 of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, then add the chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside. When the chicken is cool wrap it in the slices of ham, using skewers to hold together if necessary. Using the same pan, add the remaining Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and 1 spoonful of oil and brown the chicken bites over a high flame for 3-4 minutes. Serve hot, topped with the pan juices.
