Glaze with Apples Vinegar

“Glazes with PGI balsamic vinegar of Modena in a variety of flavours – just use your imagination!” Available in different flavours, creams with PGI balsamic vinegar of Modena are soft, thick glazes inspired by the original recipes of the Modena tradition. These glazes are produced by concentrating balsamic vinegar at controlled temperature in order to maintain its taste and texture profile intact. Ready for use, these glazes can be used to enrich meat and fish with additional flavour; the glazes with figs and strawberry are excellent on yoghurt, pastry, and cheese, and can also be used to decorate and add a touch of class to the presentation of all dishes. Available in Classic, White, Strawberry, Fig and Basil flavours. And now a glaze with cider vinegar is also available: great with fresh cheese.
