The story of Monari Federzoni Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI began in 1912 in a small barn above a food market belonging to Mrs. Monari Federzoni in the heart of the historic centre of Modena, and it continues today. After four generations and the sales benchmarks achieved in the '40s by Elio Federzoni and in the '80s by Giovanni Federzoni who had an ambitious plan for global manufacturing and distribution of the exclusive family recipe.

Monari Federzoni today is a brand that is widely recognized and appreciated in over 50 countries worldwide, but the spirit of its products is always the same: the love of one family for quality Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI in the most authentic tradition of Modena.
