Aged
Our Aged products have been aged for a minimum of three years in wooden barrels, in our aging cellar. The flavour reminds of the wood, it is more complex and pleasing.
Pairings
It is ideal for gourmet salads, caprese with tomatoes and cheese, on top of an omelette or to garnish a risotto.
