We chose an all-Italian typicality, “Marsala Fine Doc” to create this aromatic glaze with a unique taste. Marsala is a DOC fortified wine, produced only in the Trapani area (Sicily), whose aromatic and sweetly spicy characteristics are preserved in this glaze.
